Children are reviewed for admission to the Maria Montessori School without regard to race, creed, color or sex.

Children are placed so that classes are as balanced as possible according to age and sex. All applicants are processed on a first come first served basis upon the receipt of the application form and the non-refundable enrollment fee. Those applicants for which there is no room have the option of being placed on a waiting list.

Enrollment Procedure

  1. Arrange for an appointment to visit the school. Observe your child's future classroom and meet the teacher. Make sure you are comfortable with both.
  2. Submit completed application form and the non-returnable application fee.
  3. Upon Admission you will receive the Acceptance letter,Admission agreement,Parent Handbook,and Enrollment Package. These forms have to be completed, signed, dated and submitted before the child's first day of attendance.
Tuition
We require a deposit for the last two months tuition (May and June) in advance of enrollment. This leaves 8 (eight) payments of tuition due by the first day of each month.

Tuition for the 10 month school year may be paid:
  • In full with a 5% discount.
  • In ten monthly installments.

 

        Summer Program is also available in 2 Four Week Sessions. (We offer Part Time for Summer 9am-12pm)

         Summer Program is from June 25th, 2012 thru August 17th 2012.

  • Applications for Summer are available upon request.
  • 2 Hours of Montessori Work will be offered daily.
  • We offer Field Trips and Art Themes weekly.
  • We are located in close walking distance to The West Portal Playground and the Library. 

 

  • We are now accepting Applications for the School year 2012  and including Summer 2012.

 


Tuition is due on the 1st of each month. A $50.00 late fee will be charged for payments received after the 5th day of the month. A $25.00 fee will be charged for returned checks. 60 (sixty) day written notice is required for withdrawal. Tuition prepaid beyond the 60 days will be refunded. When tuition is paid in monthly installments, a two month deposit is required in advance.
